Tools to help you extracting GD files. 

BatchCreator.au3 -> Will decode all .raw files in a directory (requires 
raw2wav.exe, that is somewhere else in this pack). 

CueCreator.au3 -> Create .cue files to make files extraction possible of 
a GDI set. What I used to do for extraction is using this file, mount 
the .cue with Daemon Tools and them I was able to navigate through the 
files using Isobuster.
