I made this tool to help you downsampling ADX files. It will assist you 
the process, and encode the files preserving the loop data from ADX. The 
tool will also adjust the loop data correctly if you change the 
frequency of the audio. Very useful. 

The prompts should be clear enough to make you able to find out how to 
use by yourself.
