Information here may be innacurate since I lost my notes when my 
snesorama blog went offline :( 

- adp2wav.exe -> Luigi has released a tool to decode Omikron ADP files. 
I modified his tool and added support for decoding stereo files. This is 
the modified version. 

- adp_encoder.exe -> This is to encode ADP files back. 

- decodeall.au3 and encodeall.au3 -> Helper scripts that create .bat 
files to decode/encode all files in a directory. 

- separar.au3 and separar_adp2.au3 -> These tools are to separate 
mono/stereo ADP files. These two scripts have some differences, but I 
don't remember what they are. 

- fakemono2.exe -> Deprecated tool that gets an stereo ADP file, and 
reconstruct the channels in individual mono ADP files.
