Very useful tool to pad images extracted from a LBA different from 0, so 
image manipulation programs can handle them. 

For example, if you extract the data track from a selfboot disc with a 
"common" start LBA (11700 or 11702) using cdirip, you won't be able to 
open it on Isobuster. If you now use this program and pad it for 11700 
or 11702 LBA, you'll be able to open it.
