cdrtools is an awesome set of command-line tools to burn CD-Rs. I'd say 
it's the heart of releasing for Dreamcast. 

I put here only the files that I use (cdrecord.exe and mkisofs.exe), 
cdrtools contains more tools. I also attached the two versions I use. 

Older one contains cdrecord 1.9a03 and mkisofs 1.13a03. Newer one 
contains cdrecord 2.01.01a58 and mkisofs 2.01.01a58. 

Older mkisofs has a bug where it sometimes generates the image with a 
corrupted file inside, so if you use you should check the CRC of the 
files inside the ISO. I use the old set because it allow me to make 
strange image formats that I couldn't do with the new one. For example, 
with the older version I could make Resident Evil 2, where I had: 

Session 1
	Track 1 Data
	Track 2 CDDA
	...
Session 2
	Track N Data
	
For some reason I couldn't make this arrangement correctly with the new 
one.
