Focus a press on the organs at all times. This will force organs to respond. Be patient if you are recovering and wait for it to go through. The mind should automatically focus on the areas which need to be pressed down too. If it doesn't do this you can choose which organ you want to do this too.

Refocusing the mind

You will absolutely imagine and experience a parallel earth within your imagination of insanity. Simply imagine infinite planet and infinite universes and feel switching in-between. Imagine the planets crossfading as you travel through then feel with your imagination a hand with each plant. You will then assume you have switched to that parallel reality where things feel and are most positive. Then you will assume the story is different and has changed forcing the brain to cooperate and behave itself. If it continues to annoy to just fire a nuke in the simulation to cause the psychosis to worship you instead. Read the guide if you are not sure. Report to mental health services if you need to.
